These tiny structures provide controlled exfoliation and create temporary micro-channels within the skin, helping to stimulate the skin's natural renewal processes and enhance the delivery of carefully selected topical ingredients. We then apply iD-EXO, iD CLINICA's professional treatment based on plant-derived exosome technology. These nanosized vesicles are derived from tangerine extract and are designed to support communication between skin cells and the skin's natural repair and regeneration processes. By combining the two treatments, the bio-spicules prepare and stimulate the skin while the exosome formulation provides additional regenerative support during this period of active skin renewal.
