Service Description
Follow-up consultation after starting treatment. Dr Gemma offers free reviews for patients who are buying products from clinic, or who are having treatments in clinic* *if you have not made a purchase from clinic in over 6 months, you will be required to book an initial consultation instead. Please contact clinic if you are unsure.
Cancellation Policy
At the time of booking you will be asked to save your card details to your account. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you give a minimum of 48 hrs notice. You can cancel or reschedule yourself online, or contact clinic. If you give at least 48 hrs notice, you will not incur any cancellation fees. If you fail to give at least 48 hrs notice, you will lose the full amount paid. If your appointment is for a free Review Consultation with Dr Gemma, a £20 cancellation fee will be charged if you fail to give at least 48 hours notice of any changes.
