You can cancel or reschedule yourself online, or contact clinic. If you give at least 48 hrs notice, you will not incur any cancellation fees. If you fail to give at least 48 hrs notice, you will lose the full amount paid. If your appointment is for a free Review Consultation with Dr Gemma, a £20 cancellation fee will be charged if you fail to give at least 48 hours notice of any changes.
