Patch test is required before any treatment can be booked
Service Description
Before booking your 3Juve Illumifacial, Rebright or Resurface treatment, a patch test is required to ensure the best possible results and safety. The patch test allows us to assess your skin's reaction to the laser, ensuring a safe and personalised treatment plan. Please book your patch test 3-7 days prior to your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
At the time of booking you will be asked to save your card details to your account. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you give a minimum of 48 hrs notice. You can cancel or reschedule yourself online, or contact clinic. If you give at least 48 hrs notice, you will not incur any cancellation fees. If you fail to give at least 48 hrs notice, you will lose the full amount paid. If your appointment is for a free Review Consultation with Dr Gemma, a £20 cancellation fee will be charged if you fail to give at least 48 hours notice of any changes.
